Reiki is an alternative, holistic, healing modality, “Rei,” means ‘Universal,’ and ‘Ki,’ means Vital Life Force. Reiki energy is unlimited, real, and unconditionally loving; it is the energy that makes the heart beat and the lungs breathe. Once you are attuned to Reiki, you are a channel for this energy. Each attunement makes you a stronger, clearer, channel.
Lively, informative, and fun, Goddess Heal's Woman Wild Reiki classes are a perfectly coordinated combination of guided meditations, lecture-discussion, and hands-on work, and include a Reiki handbook and hand-outs pertinent to the level of Reiki being studied. Kat has been practicing and teaching Reiki for over 40 years. Though Kat teaches traditional Reiki, she pushes her students to make the Reiki their own; to listen and follow their instincts, and the intuition of the wild feminine and the healer within.
