Uncomfortable desire and pressure for something completely new. What you dislike the most about yourself is something you were programmed to believe and has nothing to do with who you truly are. Generally, people stop fighting what they were programmed to believe, because it feels more powerful than the truth of who they are. Fighting the same battle over and over again is a kind of survival mechanism – there’s comfort and familiarity to it - it also keeps you small and in-line.
